Even though the same percentage of that age group voted, more people voted this year so it took more of em to make 17%. I estimate they missed thier target by 700,000 people though.

they didn't do shit they rocked the boat they got a few more kids out of their basements and into the booths they needed to get all the kids out to the polls, they're votes were important to this election and is definately one of the reasons why GW will probably see another 4 years
