In the last 2 weeks, 3 of our expresidents) including our OEA secretary, were caught for tremendous cases of corruption with public health institutions and telecommunications.

I think no country ever has had such a shocking episode. It's like if in 2 weeks, the US enforces Bush, Reagan and Clinton and they are sent to jail right away...
