269-269 if kerry everything goes as expected except for Kerry coming back to win new mexico (like Gore did). So if we lose Ohio it isnt over. Also, there was a Bush elector that was on the news last week saying he would be tempted to defect if the event of a tie. We would need that. Bush wins a tie.

But Bush will also take NM, so this is moot.
