Who knows Ohio well? Help out here..

These counties have 0% reporting so far in the election.

Are they large populated areas? Highly democratic? etc..

The entire state is pretty conservative. Tuscarawas county is pretty backwoodsy, so I don't expect it to go for Kerry.
