I met my old history teacher last night, and he told me .......
 

his theory on the elections:

He said:

"... if the gas prices on the election day are high, Bush will lose....."

"... but if the gas prices are low, Bush will win.."


i'm trying to figure out how he got this theory...
any help?

It's always fun when you see a teacher that said you would amount to nothing and then realize you probably made more this month than he did all year...Ok not your case but it came to my mind...
