Who makes up electorial college? Who votes for electorial college?

It's outdated if you ask me every vote should count and if you get more votes you should win...

Two ways elector is nominated:

The elector is nominated by his or her state party committee (perhaps to reward many years of service to the party).


The elector "campaigns" for a spot and the decision is made during a vote held at the state's party convention.

So, in a Republican majority house/senate this would mean that president would be republican for 8years basically. That is unless the elector decides to vote against the party.

All the people in my neighborhood don't want black people in their neighborhood... support democracy.
