Is Russian Submitter down?
 

Havent been able to access it for about a day now

I think they should ge their shit together before offering a service. When i used them not 2 days went by without problems. The webmaster did always reply to me quickly tho.

Yes it's down, having problems... kind of frustrating i'm no longer floating around in the top #15 of paycounter anymore...
