You sent us an email Today at 12:24 AM EST and what you requested has been done and you received an ICQ message from me a few hours later. Please contact me if you have a problem, posting here will not do any good. If you really sent the email two days ago, I suggest you check your mail server to see why we only got it today and the headers say it was sent at 12:24.

No, you NEVER waited even close to a week for support, you never even had to wait a day. Please stay with the facts.
