Say I have some girls that are under 18, 17 to be exact. They wan't to do some modeling. Can they do shoots in clothing and bra/thong?

The reason you don't get many replies is that it is a stupid question. Don't you ever see bra, panties etc...ads like sears, wall mart, bloomingdales etc.....
