Pixmasters license
 

Some weeks ago I bought the pixmasters megapack (15,000 Images) I paid by credid card.
When I recieved the images there was only one licensing agreement, and there was no signature from pixmasters. I contacted pixmasters and was told that I was to sign and return the licensing agreement and that I would recive a signed copy back from them.

I did so, but I recived nothing back from pixmasters, after contacting them several times I got a mail saying "We do not send signed papers back..?"

So now I have nothing to prove that I bought the images !

Have I been had or is this normal ?

When I buy pics I always have a signed license but now I have nothing.

What would you do ?

Anyone knows a working phone number to pixmasters ?

You didn't save a copy before you mailed it?

I don't have a scanner myself, so I always go down to the Office Supply store and photocopy the pages.

Yes I took a copy of the license before I mailed it back, but it did not have their signature on it, so I mean I could as well have printet it from their website. It really dont prove that I paid for the pics or that that the models are over 18 etc.

Bruce I scanned a copy, but should it not have a signature from them ? What is a copy of a unsigned paper gonna prove ?

Unless of course you riped off someones card.

I don't get how a cc statement proves which sets of pics he has rights to. What if they change the sets of pics in the Mega Pack next week. His Mega Pack purchase won't mean anything specific will it?
