GTA - San Andreas, pimp & players
Do you think it's worth buying a new PS2 for it?
I got a American PS2 that doesnt work here so i need to buy a new PS2 for it + the game It cost like 200/210 euro ( 250 dollar ) Is it worth it? |
I'm seriously considering it but I'll have Halo 2 in a week and that's gonna take up too much of my time as it is.

Thanks hova, you sexy beast |
If the new one is anything like the old ones, which I am yet to have to time to get, it is worth buying a whole ps2 system for... there are those markII ps2's out which are supposed to be cheaper?
http://au.playstation.com/ps2/hardware/thenewps2.jhtml Go to the country selector to make sure you get the right price for your country. |

150 for the old one.

The new PS2s are pretty cheap, even here in Canada I paid like $180 CAD for it. And the old ones may have come down in price so it could be even cheaper.
And the game itself is pretty inexpensive too. I expected it to be more like $80 but I paid only $50 (canadian). For that price I decided not to wait for the PC version :) However, I am deeply obsessed ala Trekkie or Star Wars freak when it comes to the GTA series so your opinions will most certainly vary ;) |
I've just been watchin jact play and I'd have to say it's worth it... he's been playing for 22 hours or so and is about 30% into it... so there's still lots to do.
After watching for a while, I'm seriously considering buying it myself. |

I've been playing it a bit. It's a fucking cool game. I've played for quite a few hours and I haven't even opened all areas yet.
Seriously, there's SO much to do I couldn't even imagine it fitting on one DVD. :thumbsup |
