Does Adult Check accept new webmasters?

I'm looking to get an AVS setup. Does Adult Check still accept new webmasters ? Does anyone recommend anyone else?

No afaik they do not. From what I understand, they shut down the affiliate program to all but a few top affiliates quite a while ago.

AC shut down and went with the top 30 percent I thing. There are others out there cyberage is a good choice
