Tighten The Rules!

I think you should tighten the rules on here. Ive been noticing it getting worse by the day, with terrible lame waste of time posts and signatures that take up half the page! Just my opinion on what Ive been noticing. |

I dont think a lame post is like someone asking for help, as long as its reasonable and adult related. Its just some of the posts ive seen this weekend. Get me annoyed.

Maybe there is a script you could put in place that would run every time someone clicks the submit button for posting that could check to make sure that it doesn't post unless the text is saturated with profound meaning and depth. Prophetic posts would have to be allowed I suppose also, but you could adjust the settings to different levels of profundity. Say "Confucious Level", or "Sun Tzu Level", "Einstein Level", etc.... sort of like LAN security settings.

Excellent idea, Mr. Amputate Your Head! I try to keep my posts between the levels of "Jeff Foxworthy" and "Danielle Steele", but I will probably never be seen on the board again unless the filter is set to "I.Q. of boiled gravel".
