I've got a couple of sponsors with BBW... (Cashtour & Sivercash) but I need some more... anyone know of decent sponsors with these types of sites for promo?

As far as I know they don't have a referal program so I will just say them. Cashquest.net (.com takes you somewhere else..I do that atleast once a week), cashquest.net, cashquest.net!

Two BBW sites to promote - Fatgirls.com and Erotic BBW and when the surfer joins one they get the other aswell. Erotic BBW is fairly unique because its a magzine type thing about the BBW community that includes personal adds and stuff so I usually sell it as a compliment to Fatgirls.
