Domain Filter Script Needed

I have a list of domains, that I'm looking to have an add on filter made.

Prj Details:
I input a list of domains (0-30,000 (+/-)

Upon function click, it begins to list (per domain)
-Google Search Link
-Google "Define: phrase" search Link (- tld)
-Urbandict Word Search Link (- tld)
-Archive.org Link
-Alexa.com domain search link
(Exact URLs will be provided and explained, if needed)
-ADD button per domain, this will add the selected domain to a .txt and push it to another section where I can manually go over it after I am finished checking.

Options:
-Checkbox for each one of the options above (add/remove)
-Listing per page option
-Script will have to be able to remove the .com / .net / .org and give me the option to add other TLDS to be removed.
-Will be listed #1 - whatever
-Will use columns and other organization elements

I will require extreme neatness, and possibly a simplate template to be made to enhance the listing look.
Feel free to copy similar setups (deleteddomains/snapnames) etc
This script has to be extremely easy on the eyes and extremely easy to read and organize (going through 1000s of lines causes a lot of eye strain)

Post here, and if possible show me what other work you've done.
It would also be helpfull if you post a price, or an est $$$ range.

I have two actually, but I have them working on a bigger more important project.
I guess if I dont find anyone on GFY, i'll have to settle for some rent-a-coder guy :(

There's usually guys lurking around looking for work though, so hopefully I catch one of them before the night is over.
It's a pretty simple prj, so not much experience is needed.

Note: it doesnt really have to be script based, I'll settle for a windows based app (treeview/listview) setup.

there is a free tool I wrote that doesn't do quite everything you need but filters text files pretty well.
www.ohashi.us the software is called DNList. Its very basic for parsing out keywords.
