NSI Domain protect
I was trying to transfer the last of my names with NSI out before they expire (within the next couple days) when I find they have this domain protect "option" which is not allowing it to happen.
I'm logged in there and do NOT see an option to edit or turn off this 'feature'. The help screen says there SHOULD be an option to edit it, but I'll be damned if I see that. Anyone have any experience with this? Is there something I'm missing besides being stupid enough to still have the names in there this long to begin with? REALLY appreciate any info/tips here.. TIA! |
that's strange,it must have some option, i never used NSI so everyone has...

fuck that, you are right,i have a domain there and it took me ages to figure how to update DNS,ill have a look at it.

In their help area it says there should be an option..

I think I've got it.
Apparently I was given 2 separate login id's and they had the wrong one as "boss". Thanks for the responses, kinda helped spark motivation to get their customer service on the phone instead of taking the form email nonsense I was sent. :) |
:) im still waiting for their email reminder :Graucho

honestly, don't bother, there are much better registrars around and most are worth the extra couple'a bux |
