Good gosh 1mg I would not only break that one in half but break one of those halves in half. Those things can be addicting. I seen on Oprah where there's thousands of ladies.. housewife types just eating 30 of those a day like candy just to function. That's over alot of time of course but they are deathly addicting.

I'd only use them if you have a real hard time sleeping. They'll knock your ass right out. Recreationally not fun. But I guess if your house burned down or something else totally tragic you'd be like "Cool man life could be worse"

You probably won't really feel anything, maybe a bit sleepy, but try to think of something that bothers you.

The more you take the more you won't remember. Don't drink with em, and don't take too many. Xanax have a habit of disappearing during the night to the xanax fairy and you have no idea where they went.

If you fall asleep on it, what's the point?!

I've been using Xanax from a Doc for about 2 1/2 years ...i never really went up much ... i started at about 1 mg a day and i'm at about 2 know if i take it at all ... But the soma never did anything for me ...i took 4 one night and nothing...i guess it relaxed me a bit but i had people over and they didn't even know i took anything .... and no i don't look drunk all the time ....I think it depends on your body and how you use it ...just be careful

If I can't sleep I just get up and do something boring and repetative and it gets me sleepy right away.

Just be careful with addictive drugs....you con't want to have to have them forever.
