Multi Site Access - How Much Effect On Retention?
 

programs with exclusive content that offer a pass to all their sites when the surfer joins one - how much does it improve retention? programs that have always given access to multiple sites wouldn't know, interested in programs that have a 'before/after' story.

We've always given access to all of our sites with one membership but for what it's worth,
surfers that join through Sweet Members (our all sites for one price tour)
retain about 3 times better than when they join through the individual sites...

Makes a difference... give the surfer so much content it's hard to cancel. If they do, they'll be back
