Domain appraisal
 

I need an honest appraisal for the domain: officebimbos.com


It has positions 1 and 2 in google right now for a search term.

I used one of those free online appraisal sites and I was told it was worth between $6,500.00-$8,000 :1orglaugh


I have an offer for it, and since I don't really use it I'm considering selling it along with another domain the same person is interested in. Either way, I'll probably sell both of them for the price offered because I have an ass load of other domains I'm trying to conentrate on. I'm just really wanting to know if I could get more than what I'm going to get...

The offer for the domain is in the hundreds right now. Under $500.00 Is it worth more? Surely it can't be worth the price above. :1orglaugh

try sellin it on http://www.afternic.com/ for the amount is was appraised for. you might be surprised. :)

Not too familiar with that place. Some of the listings are asking for a LOT of money.

Undeveloped it'll be hard to command that price. I'd put a site on there first, get some traffic on it, and then you could easily get that number.

yea, some stupid domains sold for a decent price.

Seriously though, I know what you mean. My intentions were to make it a paysite but I don't have the cash to fund it the way I'd like to.

Traffic isn't that bad really. On a daily average it gets a few hundred SE hits. Google, Yahoo, Altavista, AOL Search, and MSN. :)

If I could get $500.00 for this that'd be alright. :)

It's worthless I could just get any of these domains for $8.88! :2 cents:
