How much do you pay him?

Nice job overall, but since you are asking, there are a coupla little things that could have been tweaked to make it perfect- namely a still camera flash that coulda been cut out and one little sound that sounded like walkie talkie or intercom (or maybe from the video in the background) that coulda been cut out.
