Model's I.D. Visible in Photograph

Someone submitted a free site to my link list where an obviously amateur model was holding up her driver's license to prove she was of age. I was shocked to see that you could clearly read the name on the i.d. and not only that, but it was an unusual name (not Jennifer Smith).

So I Googled the model's name and it turns out she's now a musician with her own web site. I wrote her to let her know there are pics of her on the Internet that identify her.

She's mortified. She says the pics were taken several years ago and she was told they were for a book.

What kind of a-hole would sell, as content, a picture that identifies the model by name?

Sharky 10-30-2004 09:33 PM

it seems like the webmaster who submitted it to you is a fucking idiot.

For one shes mostlikly lieing like most of them do "oh I didnt know that the pic of me taking cock up my ass was for porn"

For the second part I agree we need to protect the ID of models lots of psychos out there.

Uh there have been several galleries like that, and lots of content providers include these with sets... people have automatic gallery builders that pulls the pics, they never see them.

detoxed 10-30-2004 09:43 PM

BTW post her pics and contact info please, I'd love to meet a sexy musician babe...

Bigjohn 10-30-2004 09:44 PM

Not good.... the guy may or may not have rights to post her pics, but he's definitely an idiot for posting the ID!

I don't think she's lying. Her I.D. says she was born in 1975 but she looks very young in the picture, maybe as young as 18. If the pictures were taken in 1993 Internet porn was probably the last thing on her mind.

Also, she had pimples, an imperfect body, etc. so clearly she wasn't thinking she was going to have a big career in porn.

I can understand a picture that shows the driver's license, but where the name is clearly readable? Haven't seen that before.

I have seen some.

And it's scary that some gallery submitter wouldn't have the intelligence to pick up on that.

Goes to show that not everybody actually look at what they're buying.

vixm 10-30-2004 10:10 PM

Weird. That's all I can say.

I agree with the post above where the chicks are lying; makes a LOT of sense.

mardigras 10-30-2004 10:33 PM

Content providers shouldn't include the ID shot in the same folder with the content pics. Webmasters who use automatic gallery creating software should look at those galleries at least once after they go online. Heck, there could be something wrong that interferes with your sponsor link:2 cents:

I strongly agree with protecting a model's identity.

The model's identity should be kept away from the public eye.

So did you take the time to email the submitter and ask if he knew it was posted?

Ok , here's a question for you all ! If a model sign all papers and do porn pics and videos(and you pay her) and then come back 1 year later to ask to remove all her vids and pics from your site because she think it was a mistake ..... you remove or what ?

I ask that cuz happened to me several times !

Depends if you are a nice guy or not. There are some girls that pay to get them taken down, but once they go up -- they are out there.

DWB 10-30-2004 10:53 PM

$1000 to stop me from using it. But once it's up and out there, all that means is that I will no longer use it. I think that's letting her off the hook VERY cheap.

FYI... I have had a few girls want this but none of them came up with the $1000 within the 30 day window I give them.

Porn is forever. Think it through ladies.

A contract is a contract.

So she should bite the bullet.

Maybe it was a mistake. But generally, after one year, thousands of folks are already jerking off to that mistake.

That being said, I would be happy to remove all pics of the whiny model. But it wouldn't come without a price.

Sophmaster 10-30-2004 11:02 PM

Well ... I removed all for some girls (for money of course) but for some girls its too impossible to do that ! You know what i am talking about .... Real bombs , incredible beauties that make me do lot of cash !

Not 100% right. You include it in a seperate folder marked "Documents" with the content in another folder marked "Images".

It needs to be that clear as obviously there are a lot of morons out there. How someone can automate this fro a promotional site is beyond me. Seems that it would pull up the wrong pictures for a TGP site all the time and needs checking. Problem is some people know how to write/run program that will do everything, but know diddlysquat about porn.

as for supplying IDs, it's the law. You have to know the model is over 18 when the images were shot.

Yeah, exactly... people have to live with their mistakes.

However, posting a model's ID and info is totally retarded and the idiot that did it deserves to be charged.

FilthyRob 10-31-2004 01:17 AM

Am I the only one who actually wants to see the pics or the gallery?

This goes to show how much of a moron you are. Yes the person who owned the gallery was also a moron for posting that pic. But you are a moron for thinking they sold it as content. This is to identify her for the 2257 model releases. You are suppose to keep it on file. I cant believe you have a porn wealth sig and you dont even know that.
