Super easy to incorporate a company offshore. Bank accounts with HSBC and Barclays are easy to set up if you have references. The only thing is that often you have to actually visit the bank to open up the account.

its for a mainstream company. biggest problem is gst, which pisses me off. revenue taxes are just bullshit.
