i got two cool domain names . not sure what to do with them:

pornall.com

should i sell them? how much do you think they would be worth?

Far too many people think you can go register a domain and go sell it. Well DOMAINS ARENT WORTH SHIT. Unless its a one word domain like "Adult.com" hehe : )

is worth dick all, unless there is someone who has planned a project around that name or something. And needs the name for its project.

Dont think you'll get anything good for them, except maybe $50 is someone really loves them. They dont have type in value or seach engine value or traffic. Similar short domains can be had for $8 with a little creativity.

what if i build a site on those domains
lets say they become 50k/day tgp sites
how much would they be worth then? does the domain name icrease the price at all?

Does anyone know the legal issues surrounding registering domain names that might apply to another existing business?

For example, there's a local strip bar that has a really cool name that would make a great adult site domain name. They haven't registered it yet, so I was thinking about doing it myself. I think I could probably get alot of type in traffic from it because the bar is so popular in my area.

Would they actually have any legal recourse if they suddenly decided they want the domain name and see that someone else has registered it?

If it's a common name like cat or something then you safe, but if it is, jannesnightclub56.com and that's the name of the bar, then I think he will win.
