I'm looking for a link indexing script
 

Hi, I'm looking for a link indexing script, that will keep track of whether my recip link is up on those pages, and will allow webmasters to submit their pages, pending my approval. It should also have several categories, such as URL, webmaster email, icq, and maybe even a a thumbnail image.
Any recommendations?
