I actually do everything I can to NOT put all that third party shit in my system... I like it to be as bare-necessity as possible. It keeps the speed up. Sort of like a shitty old wood paneled station-wagon automatic vs a Harley. Essentials.... less is better. What you need to do is click on you desktop then hit shift-alt-printscrn. Then use something like paintshop pro and select paste as new image. resize the image smaller save it, and upload it to your server. Then use the img /img tags to display it here.
