plane crash

My wife just called me, all freaked out on her cell phone. She says a plane just crashed in the street right in front of her over by north las vegas airport. Single engine cessna, obviously came up pretty short of the runway.

the sky is falling.....

Tell her im sorry bout that. I could'nt pass up the callgirl/plane ride package they had going on at the airport and I accidentally shot my load in the pilots eye and down we came!

Crazy man! any pics lol

a forced landing of a single engine cessna is usually not a big deal.

in most cases no one is hurt due to low stall speed.

Does anyone remember the long ass delay at the airport couple of days after the convention in New Orleans 2000 or 2001?

We were returning our rental car just by the airport and I looked up at a small Cessna type airplane that was coming in. The problem I saw was that it coming in at a 45 degree angle and I just said "Holy crap, this is not going to work too well". When he hit the landing strip he broke the landing gear and smashed the front, but nothing else.

They seemed to be ok, but it looked hella funny with the airplane standing in the middle of the runway on the nose :)

I'm a pilot myself, so tell me something I dont know.

this guy didnt walk away, apparently he put it down hard to avoid hitting the houses.

funny they dont mention he clipped a utility pole with his right wing, and destroyed the front of the plane. plus they left in an ambulance.
