I think you're right and I had the sneaking suspicion he's responsible for the bots in the IPod contest. If you notice all the sigs in that contest were hotlinks other peoples banners. All except one which was an IP.. Hotpot's is also a IP and not and not a URL http://64.157.143.86/sigs/xxx.gif

well I duno if it was him or not, there is really no proof except for my guess. It was clear all those bots were the same guys. Just kinda fits the profile IMO and if Honeypot is him and the sig is linked by IP trying to hide whom ever it is. Which was the same thing some of the bots in the IPod contest were doing.
