Just about halfway through it right now... Very interesting read about a pretty amazing leader. I would definetely recommend it to anyone who has a small business.

I read this last one on the plane last month and ended up underlining passages for my family to read. It is simple and true.

That is a good book man, very good. It is amazing how that guy went from the bottom right to the top making GE one of the most valuable and highly traded companies on the stock market.

The way they do business by using Six Sigma is very cool as well. I went to a Six Sigma class and that makes you look at things in a business since in a whole different way.
