Thumbnail maker
 

I usually use dreamweaver to make my thumbnails but i got some differnet content and the pictures are too big what should program should i use to make them about 2" smaller?

I don't know what the url is exactly but try thumbs plus.... that is pretty much what we all use I think. LOL
