I simply hate the taste of McDonald's beef in the hamburgers
 

Several years ago McDonalds opened up few restaurants here in Macedonia (Europe). We're very big meat eaters and our barbique is one of the best in the world alongside with the Turkish one.

But the meat in the McDonald's burgers is absolutely terrible, tasteless! WTF are they using in it, pure beef?

If all the meat used in the hamburgers made in the states is like the one used in the McDonald's burgers, I feel sorry for you guys, you don't know what you're missing :D

Speaking of McDonald's, what type of brainwashing machines do they use on the employees?

I watched Super Size Me, and decided to do away with fast food.

I went to Jack in the Box today because I was trapped in my friends car and they wanted Jack.

I hadn't eaten fast food in 3 weeks and it was so fucking gross.

I can't believe I ate the shit and thought it was good before.

Anyone who has tasted that shit and thinks that its pure beef must have been brought up on roadkill. The only beef in McDonalds is the sweepings off the butchers floor together with all of the lips, assholes and leftovers. :2 cents:

Yes it's pure beef. But there's only 5-10% of pure beef in a McBurger.

I take my 6 yr old to MD's 3 or 4 times a year as a 'treat' half the time he leaves most of the food and just takes the toy - even he can tell that real home cooked food is better, why anyone would want to eat there regularly is beyond me.

It must have been missing the beef juice.

I still remember the taste and smell of McDonald burgers from 30 years ago. I used to love them so much. Things have changed. Even Arby's and Long John Silver used to be great. now, they all suck. Whataburger is kinda OK. I still eat fast food once in a while. I just close my eyes and imagine the old days.

i love mcdonalds, but in no way do i consider it gourmet.

The company that supplies beef for mcdonalds is called "100% pure beef" ... i highly doubt if it actually is :)

When you see the ads advertising "100% pure beef" they're advertising the name of their supplier, not the quality of their product. :2 cents:

It's only as good as your local supplier in Macedonia. McDonalds uses many throughout the world. While not my favorite, a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese tastes just fine to me (although cannot be compared to In 'N Out and many other franchises).

And yes, it's definitely always been pure beef. Anyone who says otherwise is just ignorant or buys into all the urban legends.
