1) the number of FHG's
2) Conversion statstics
3) My niche Ebony and Latina

I would have thought the amount of money they send every week would be the major thing.

I think a lot of webmasters are swayed by things that impress them and not looking hard enough by what influences the surfer. I see many sites that promise their affiliates the earth and give the surfer little.

i agree, in the end the sponsor has to make profits or else it cant pay the webmaster.

So look at the site portfolio and see the quality and also if possible look inside and see what the members get for their money.

its important to have :

1) exclusive content
2) a variety of sites and niches for everyone
3) awesome conversions and retention
