Galleries: Uniques/Clickthrough ratio
 

Got this gallery listed today at a few places:

out of 1700 uniques 6 click throughs
any suggestions on how to improve this?

Hey, I'm not an expert with galleries or anything, but using my logistics I would suggest possibly putting 6 thumbs on either side of your advert area. Maybe get rid of the table border to allow the eye to wander more and also set cellspacing / cellpadding higher in order for a more open feeling?

pictures looks very small
you can resize them a bit and keep the quality

ars is played out, to many people use them. try to find a not such over used sponsor

Your pics are absolute softcore, I can see more naked skin in the newspaper on site 3. And you have the slogan: "The NEWEST, HOTTEST adult site since Playboy!"
But the pics in the playboy are high quality, and your pics are under average. I would think your newest adult site is an under-average softcore site. I would hit the back button to return to pk or thumbzilla.

And maybe it's nonsense, but a grey background looks to me like "under construction".
