Do you have one of those BioFeedBack cards, the ones that you put your thumb on it, count to 10 then look at the color to determine if you are stressed or not?

I am beginning to wonder if these things work or not. Have you ever had it be any color other than blue (relaxed)?

I swear, all I have to do is touch it for less than a second and it goes from black to green. Count to 2 and it is dark blue.

Am I that relaxed, or are these things a scam?

Yes, they work. They send a current through your skin and measure your sweating (stress) by looking at how good the current is. Even minute stress levels changes your sweating, and the machine should be able to pick it up if it is worth a damn.

PS, I know there are bio feedback machines that make an annoying sound with a volume that matches your stress level. Supposedly people hook up to this and figure out ways to relax themselves completely.
