Phoenix is quickly becoming one of the larger cities when it comes to adult. Quite a few companies have moved or opened satelite offices out here in the last year. I would have expected more responses from people already in the area. I suppose its good that people are happy with their current situations though.

Im getting a lot of mainstream applicants, but would really like to get someone in with adult experience.
