I disagree.

It's perfectl legal to send junk mail through the US Post Office (clearly because the US Post Office makes a profit off of it).

However, when you sign up to use AOL or ICQ you agree to their terms. And their terms say that you can't violate certain rules.

And don't tell me AOL won't win.

Exactly. When Yahoo steps up GFY will lose half it's users.

every day on AIM. This person has at least 10 clone screen names in every AIM chatroom.

Apparently, Adultfriendfinder.com and Freeticketcash.com allow AIM chatroom spam, so everybody get on it while you can :thumbsup
