One time fee vs Recurring Billing

I think Alsscan charges non-recurring memberships. I've heard of others. Are there many sites that charge this way? Seems to have worked out for Alsscan and in light of the Ibill situation, there wouldn't be any rebills to be lost.

Is this this a viable model?

I promote sites with one time memberships and I do make sales so it is an option. However over long term recurring makes more sense.

Rebilling definitely makes more over longterm.

So if rebilling was killed by Visa tomorrow, would most sites dissappear or would we be able to survive from non-recurring.

Escort is there any difference in the level of refunds/chargebacks on those $70 three month non recurring subscriptions compared to your other options?

Well not at all I have the name "Tushy" branded when surfers see that name they know its a no BS members area.

Many people who join for 70 bucks have been monthly members before, I get tons of the $99 6 month memberships too.

Once you win trust with surfers visa can cancel adult all together my members and people into the niches I promote will fedex money.

If you think long term in this business and dont screw the surfers you can make lots of money, sounds like common sense yet few follow this rule.

Why wouldn't it be a viable model if your site is strong enough? It would be a disaster for 99% of the sites out there though...

We have been in business 8 years plus and never had recurring billing. We have clients who have been with us for all 8 years renewing annually.

You don't need recurring billing if you are smart about your sight design and content.

We also have virtually no chargebacks.

escort, why do you only have the $99 option on a few of your sites and not all?
