I want to try something new... what's the BEST dish in your opinion?
If I can find it in a cook book I'll try to make it. It should be fairly healthy and involve meat.
My favorite since I was about 6 years old has been roast beef with mashed potatos, corn nibblets, carrots, and lettuce. lol I'm not cultured.
