How big are your arms
 

based on the pics i have seem most here have 13 inch arms and when its bigger its usally fat.

so how big are your guns

Dunno ... never mesured them . They aren't that big ... but I'm very very large so people don't really fuck arround :P

Hehe I am working on mine, and im not fat. Dont have anything to measure with though.

I have pushed a chair around everyday for the last 20 years, ontop of that I use them to lift myself etc.

In theory I should have very good sized arms, yet geneticaly I was dealt a different hand. Always have been very strong yet built more like a mountain climber.

at there biggest 18 1/2 but that was about 60 months ago ...there about 17 3/4 now .... i haven't worked out since the Miami show....it made me lazy....still hung over i guess...lol
