Anyone here still chew?
Here are some shots of a relative that has been in the Navy SEALs for 14 years and has been in every major conflict without so much as a scratch. He was diagnosed with throat cancer two weeks ago which the doctors directly contribute to chewing. I arrived for a visit the day they found out. He underwent 9 hours of surgery when I was there 2 weeks ago to remove the throat cancer, his wife had their third child on monday and they just broke ground with an addition to their home which they can't afford if he gets kicked out of the NAVY. Monday he started six-eight weeks weeks of chimo AND radiation treatments daily. If he survives he will never have saliva glands therefore dry-mouth the rest of his life. He has been chewing for just 5 years.
