honestly I seriously doubt a bribe myself - but I'd hate to say they were just too stupid to consider the possibility that it is a tactile move that this tape is released so close to election, considering a) abc is undisputedly a liberal news organization and b) the country leans almost 70% in favor of Bush when it comes to defense.

The article doesn't really say the video says "if you elect him you'll get this" it seems to just say "you will get this for electing him." The problem is that Bin Laden also want all the infidel governments in the ME to fall. He believes that the leaders of those countries are US puppets and if the US attacks those countries, Bin Laden can have a chance at rallying most Muslims in a neverending war.

Of course the terrorist don't want Bush to win. If they can scare Americans into voting for someone else, then they can stop hiding and running as much as they have been, and in a sense the terrorist win, because they have used fear and intimidation to get what they want. You people feed right into that. Why would you let terrorist control your lives like that?
