what's it gonna be WG ? on the one hand you try to create the impression you have a good relationship with google, thus know people aside from the google adwords sales reps

on the other hand you want to create the impression you are a notorious google spammer

you cant have both ...

1) I do have a good relationship with several people at Google from their Toronto to New York to California Offices ranging from AdWords to traditional SEO.

2) I also have my own interests in Google's regular listings, whether it be using blackhat or whitehat methods, it's entirely up to me.

I hardly see this as conflicting interests but rather trying to gain as much marketshare as possible.

If that was truly the case, try to find one of my domains that I'm spamming on Google and report me to them. Here's the link to help you out: http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html

Thats a pretty big issue for search engines nowadays. They want their content to be full of unique content. and who else will be their security?

I don't care about google spam, all I stated was that it doesnt make sense for someone who knows someone that matters over at google and claims to have a good relation with them to abuse their SE , doesn't make sense to me, you know they don't like it , yet you do it

it would be the same that you post here pretend to be Lens his friend / good affiliate , but behind his back you use adult.com content to promote nastydollars or something like that

backstabbing is what we call it

Why not? I see them as two different business models. On the one hand, PPC advertising and their adwords/adsense programs make money and I have good contacts and reps at Google who handle my accounts very well. At the same time, I also do SEO work to get listed on the free side of Google's listings. If they like it or not is not really of my concern. They make money from my PPC dollars and I make money from their free listings. I call it maximizing my returns. If they don't like it, they're more than welcome to start banning some of my domains and/or PPC accounts.

If that's what you want to assume, be my guest. Let me worry about my business, you worry about yours.

I am not assuming anything

If you know how to take advantage of a search engine's algorithm, whether or not I know anyone at the search engine is irrelevant. This isn't based on friendship, it's based on business.

so if you knew you could get away with using Adult.com images for promoting Lighspeed.com you would also do it ?

No, the example you gave is copyright infringement. What I do is get my pages into the top of Google. One is a crime, the other is taking advantage of an algorithm.

no the example I gave is backstabbing , where you misuse someones trust

in both cases the company trusts you to do what is right

What trust? I never said I was friends with Google. I never made a promise, contract or anything that was implicit or explicit with Google stating I would not use what I know for financial gain. If that was the case, I'd be out of work right about now. What I know about the search engines is not entirely through experimentation. It's through the contacts and networks of people who work at these search engines. If they told me something that I shouldn't know, then I guess those people compromised a trade secret. But hey, if you think I'm a backstabber who's using what I know illegally, here you go, try shooting these people an email: [email protected]

I'm sure they'd be interested to know that I'm using Google for profit.

I know you are not really serious and just like trying to pick fights but you might want to develop some actual reasoning behind your arguments next time.

According to your "fuzzy" logic:

Any webmaster who does anything to optimize their site is guilty of misusing Google's trust. So we are all guilty including you.

We are also all likewise guilty of misusing Lensman's trust by not posting under our real names, including you.

Be my guest, I don't mind. In fact, I could use a contact from Google's legal team.

You are welcome.

The lines between white, grey and black are blurred and constantly shifting but any serious optimizing either involves blackhat or will be viewed as such so we are all "guilty".
