Just called a webmaster support hotline from a program I won't name here. Not only I was put on hold for a total of 10 minutes before I reached the "right" person.... no... that stupid bitch then tells me to send an email to [email protected]

I hate having my time wasted like that

what I love are the hosts (that will remain unmentioned) that put you on hold, then tell you to use the live support option on the site.....and neither clear up the problem....

i hate support, and if you have shitty support i discontinue using your services.....support is my #1 thing that must be excellent
