This going to effect those outside the US? If they are suing based on CANSPAM infringements internationals should be fine right? I don't even spam them, but I do spam others, just want to get a feeling of where this is going.

The sad thing is that I heard one of the VERY big companies in adult has paid them to allow mail and AIM spam through.

I know of deals being made with various email programs a while back, but i'm not really sure if money exchanged hands.
