I spent many a summers in chico as a lad and I can tell you one thing... it's a hot mother fucker there in the summer..... it's very dry and dusty.... but it's a great place... i had a lot of fun there! There are a lot of places to go for hikes and cave exploring. It's small I think the population is around 65k or something like that but the town is very spread out.. make sure to go to the Italian Cottage restaruant, it's real classy.. they have sawdust on the floor there so you can spill food all over the place!

If you dont have money to live in Louisiana, how are you going to afford California?

She can always bunk up with a family of mexicans in a trailer. There are tons there to chose from.
