Virtual visa card # and exp date with name for online purchases.

Quick setup (with in 24 hours)

Not a ton of verification, epassporte it seems will take ya a few days

Rechargeable, ie. you can western union or wire money on to the card

I need something with in 24 hours, rechargeable visa or mastercard

epass takes 10 mins, just signup, call your bank and find out the last charge on your CC and then you can answer the verification question. i did it just the other day.

If i wanted to use my credit card i wouldn't need / want to be looking for a virtual visa card :)

I do not like to use my credit card online, nor do i want my chequeing account bank account tied into my account. It is not safe.
