It is a fake. I am no doctor but if you think about it for a minute...

An arm is heavy...wtf is supporting that arm? There is no joint there for support...is it just hanging off skin and muscle?

You need blood flow to that arm. What are they hooking up the veins and arteries of that arm to? His body doesn't carry spares in that area.

Scarring: Where the fuck is all the scarring? I mean you just don't attach an arm like that or anything else for that matter and have no scaring.
