You don't need to do anything to receive your credit. We'll add up the transaction fees you accumulate, and send a credit to your PayPal account by November 25, 2004.

It would have been better if the email read:

To show our appreciation for your continued business, we're going to credit you for PayPal transaction fees incurred between 12:00:00 AM PDT on October 28, 2000 and 11:59:59 PM PDT on October 28, 2004.

No email from paypal :(

yup I got it too so I'm going to make a payment that isn't due till the 1st just to use this cause it doesn't happen often :thumbsup

I'm gonna do all my paypal stuff tomorrow...should save $50 or so, not bad
