The man, who cannot be identified, moved into a house in mid Wales on the same street as the girl's family after he was released from prison."

A smart outcome would be for him to .. slip and bust his head on the corner of a step perhaps... Probably not too deep of an investigation would occur..

thats insane, the poor girl must be tramatized enough from the thought of him being that close and how can the parents ever feel safe leaving their daughter outside to play in the yard or anything of that sort..

No..they referenced another case where another man was just sentenced to life.

Hopefully some rich good hearted person will step up and move these people to a new neighborhood.
