Where did you get that from? Bush was Arnold's right hand man every step of the way to becoming Governor.

It has already been proposed, and he is not dumb enough to do it himself. Last year, Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT) introduced a bill that would change the Constitution to allow anyone who has lived in America for at least twenty years to run for the Presidency.

He might get the votes in CA, but doubt it would pass enough to change the Constitution.

Anyone who saw the documentary "Pumping Iron" knows that Arnold is incredibly intelligent and has all the mental dexterity of an extremely skilled politician. He didn't get to where he is today because he is stupid by any stretch.
