congrats man, but give it a month like okny said... im at about three weeks and i'm still craving like a mofo. get some commit lozenges if you get the urge to light up.

Don't worry, chances are you will be back to smoking by the end of the week.

now the trick is making sure you think like i do as far as literally finding it FUNNY to see ppl smoking... it makes me feel so much stronger than them i actually get off on it
